Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and support the development of network performance analytics
- Design and build data solutions supporting contracting analytics and modeling applications
- Oversee project applications and determine financial impacts of contract negotiations and statewide rate changes
- Develop analytic and reporting capabilities to monitor financial impacts of unit cost and cost-of-care changes
- Provide analytic support for network performance, unit cost trend, network profiling, evaluation, and contract modeling
- Plan, manage, analyze, design, and implement projects, including deliverables, goals, and milestones
- Collaborate across departments to determine reporting needs and provide training and support
- Lead provider profiling and network performance analytics support for health plans and stakeholders
- Monitor unit cost trends and network improvement opportunities
- Support application solutions and develop technical enhancements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Healthcare or related field, or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of contracting, health care reimbursement, provider contract modeling or quality measurement experience
- Knowledge of Health Care Delivery Systems
- Familiarity with SQL, SAS/SPSS, Office Suite, and Visio preferred
