About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Begin the sales route with appointments; all leads and marketing materials are provided
- Build rapport with customers to understand their organizational needs
- Walk through homes to assess opportunities
- Educate customers on products and services
- Follow sales training and use communication skills to help residential customers with home organizational needs
- Provide closet design recommendations and complete sales
- Respond to candidates within 24 hours and complete hiring in 7 days
Requirements
What you’ll need- No degree, certification, or sales experience is needed
- Coachable candidates
- Growth mindset with willingness to complete 12-week paid sales training
- Reliable access to a motor vehicle
- Valid driver's license
- Auto insurance
- Ability to enter residential homes, provide closet design recommendations, and complete sales
