About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage change management activities within a project or program
- Facilitate the application of change management tools for assigned projects
- Partner with the Project Management Office to incorporate actions into project plans and ensure execution
- Provide reporting on Key Performance Indicators to change leadership
- Lead and facilitate the Cummins change management framework in accordance with licensing agreements and corporate directives
- Collaborate with project team partners on change needs and roadmap planning
- Ensure change management principles and methodology are embedded in project change initiatives
- Manage outcomes to mitigate risks, support employee transition and future-state capability, and sustain change
- Execute change management swimlane requirements, including quality review processes
- Provide and support coaching for project and wider business teams
- Maintain engagement with business change leadership and the Corporate Change Management Process Owner
- Support collection and analysis of metrics assessing change management impact
Requirements
What you’ll need- College, university, or equivalent degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent experience required
- Change management accredited certification desirable
- Experience with organizational change efforts as a practitioner
- Familiarity with project management tools and phases of the project lifecycle
- Ability to apply the Cummins structured change management process and tool set
- Facilitation skills

- Ability to communicate effectively and balance stakeholder needs
