About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute data extraction roadmaps across multiple health systems
- Build business cases for new data sources
- Adjust schedules to ensure timely completion
- Build and maintain relationships with health system partners
- Serve as the main operations point of contact for the Dandelion partnership
- Drive and influence cross-functional internal and external data and engineering teams
- Foster collaboration and motivate team members to achieve project goals
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Maintain status reports, timelines, resource plans, and other documentation
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and executive leadership
- Report directly to the Chief Network Officer
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven track record of successful large-scale project management
- Experience overseeing the entire project lifecycle, including initiating programs, driving delivery, and providing issue support
- Experience anticipating and adapting to change
- Builder’s mindset toward operations
- Experience using AI tools to automate project management work
- Experience working with engineering and data science teams
- Exposure to JIRA, Salesforce, project management tools, and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to understand stakeholder objectives, motivations, restrictions, and dependencies
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Willingness to travel as needed to Dandelion’s five health system partners
- Must be currently based in the US
- Must be authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis
- Must not require employment visa sponsorship
