About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage a team of freelance writers, agency partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure high value content projects are completed on time
- Manage customer stories, including written and video formats
- Manage blog articles, ebooks, and long-form assets
- Write short-form copy for digital ads and emails
- Review and edit content for alignment with brand voice, messaging, and quality standards
- Review content briefs and suggest content enhancements
- Manage the North America Customer Story program, including promotion, customer interviews, follow-up reviews, and final approvals
- Analyze content performance and recommend improvements
- Suggest content additions or improvements to enhance campaign performance
- Manage and prioritize work based on corporate and team objectives
- Monitor and report on metrics such as customer stories, engagement, and traffic
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–7+ years of experience in content marketing or editorial management
- Proven experience managing multiple content formats (case studies, blogs, whitepapers/ebooks, bylines)
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle overlapping deadlines and stakeholders
- Experience managing freelance writers or agency partners
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities
- Working knowledge of SEO and content performance optimization
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Experience using a project management platform
- Candidate must be located anywhere in the East or Central USA
