About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Proactively monitor contractual indicators for highway operations and operational performance indicators (Operational Service Levels), identifying deviations from targets and developing action plans to address them.
- Process large volumes of data to model scenarios, identify patterns, and transform findings into clear visual dashboards and reports to support decision-making.
- Manage innovation projects in highway operations (Multi-Lane Free Flow, HSWIM, DAI, PPD, etc.), including project and area workflow development, oversight, and execution, while proposing continuous improvements.
- Liaise with the Granting Authority, Highway Military Police, DER-SP, and external agencies to ensure compliance with the concessionaire’s contractual indicators.
- Maintain ongoing, direct interfaces with internal operations partner teams, including Revenue Assurance, the Operations Control Center (CCO), Maintenance, Automation, Revenue Collection Back Office, Operational Planning, and Regulatory Affairs.
- Participate in internal and external working groups to define procedures, align interests, and implement improvements.
- Support Operations Management and Coordination with administrative matters, such as preparing official letters, correspondence, presentations, and supporting reports, and occasionally represent them in meetings and other engagements.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Previous knowledge of highway concession agreements, regulation (ARTESP/ANTT), and operational performance indicators.
- Experience in highway operations.
- Experience with or familiarity with AI tools applied to data processing, analysis automation, query optimization, and insight generation.
- Experience processing large datasets, data modeling, and supporting the implementation of Business Intelligence (BI) projects.
- Experience creating and maintaining visual panels and dashboards (intermediate to advanced Power BI skills).
- Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
