About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Track and monitor customer return and failed delivery orders across Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop
- Ensure return parcels are received at the warehouse within the expected SLA
- Flag delays or discrepancies in return movement
- Liaise with the warehouse team to confirm receipt of returned items
- Handle daily Operations deliverables
- Monitor claim submission timelines for lost or damaged return items
- Remind Operations Executives to submit claims within platform deadlines
- Track claim statuses and maintain documentation
- Maintain daily and weekly trackers for return orders, outstanding returns, and claims
- Support analysis of return rate, failure rate, and loss trends
- Identify recurring issues involving delays, damages, or missing items
- Highlight operational gaps and propose improvements
- Support ad-hoc operational projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 6 months’ experience in warehouse operations
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, ecommerce, and logistics
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced and pressured environment
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong organizational skills with an analytical mind
- Strong time management skills
