Key responsibilities & impact- Spearhead creation of a product operations function for consistent and efficient processes across the global R&D team and business stakeholders
- Partner with R&D leaders to implement, advance, and support structured product-related decision making and cross-functional change control
- Build R&D efficiency through metrics, infrastructure, processes, best practices, budgeting, and reporting
- Support the long-term product operations vision covering planning, building, launching, enabling, monetizing, and continuously improving product solutions
- Create a product operations roadmap driving process transformation across product development, cloud operations, product management, and product marketing
- Develop a metrics framework and enhance core KPIs with business analyst teams
- Analyze data and provide insights to Product Team and R&D leaders
- Coordinate product-related decision making and product status across the business
- Ensure methodical product releases with best-in-class change control, learning, and enablement
- Implement change management frameworks and communicate upcoming changes across departments
- Standardize processes, KPIs, and tools across the product organization
- Implement governance structures and feedback loops across the product lifecycle
- Diagnose issues and bottlenecks using a hands-on, creative, and curious problem-solving approach
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or other relevant field
- 8-10+ years’ experience in a product operations leadership role
- Deep experience with major transformation initiatives related to large, global R&D teams
- Technical and delivery acumen with solid understanding of software development and Product Lifecycle Management
- Agile product management experience preferred
- Ability to influence stakeholders, win hearts and minds, and handle objections to organizational change
