About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prepare and present technical proposals explaining how Medline's products meet customer needs and integrate with customer systems and equipment
- Call on potential and existing customers, GPOs, and IDNs within the assigned territory to expand or retain product-line sales
- Prepare and present customer systems/equipment needs plans to Medline teams
- Analyze customer system and product needs and research customer business
- Develop target lists of potential accounts
- Gather customer data and participate in presentations about product enhancements
- Conduct market research on new product ideas to support product-line expansion
- Provide technical and sales presentation support to secure new business and support customer integration
- Troubleshoot established products
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years sales or related business experience
- Experience developing and delivering presentations to various audience levels
- 75% travel, 4–5 days a week
- Previous experience selling in hospital and/or healthcare industry
