About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Turn business priorities and strategic objectives into clear, testable and delivery-ready requirements
- Act as the link between business stakeholders and delivery teams
- Work with stakeholders to understand challenges, identify opportunities, challenge assumptions and define business needs
- Gather, document and manage requirements through workshops, interviews and analysis
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria and backlog items ready for Agile delivery
- Analyse current and future state processes, identify dependencies and risks, and maintain traceability
- Support delivery throughout the lifecycle to ensure solutions meet business and user needs
- Contribute to business cases and support benefits tracking
- Help deliver operational improvements through technology, data-led decision making and AI-enabled solutions
- Support User Acceptance Testing, change readiness activities and evaluation of outcomes against agreed objectives and success measures
- Communicate complex information clearly, build trusted relationships across regions and functions, and drive consensus
- Contribute to continuous improvement of Business Analysis standards, tools and ways of working
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience delivering business analysis across complex change initiatives
- Experience with requirements elicitation, documentation, traceability, user story creation, acceptance criteria definition and business process modelling
- Strong understanding of claims management systems, digital products, data flows, system integrations and analysis methodologies
- Experience working across Agile and Waterfall delivery frameworks
- Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation and relationship-building skills
- Highly developed analytical, critical-thinking and structured problem-solving capabilities
- Experience supporting Agile delivery teams through backlog refinement, feature decomposition, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and business validation activities
- Experience working across multiple countries, territories or business units
- Experience ideally within insurance, claims management, financial services or another regulated environment
- A recognised Business Analysis qualification and additional language capabilities are desirable but not essential
- Successful candidates must complete reference checks and mandatory background checks, including a police check and work rights
