About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct proactive, multichannel collections efforts (messaging, phone, chat, email, etc.) with delinquent customers
- Record information related to customer collections contacts in the system
- Request invoices and/or generate payment methods to provide customers with the best possible payment experience
- Monitor payment promise forecasts for the assigned portfolio
- Analyze and suggest options and opportunities to improve processes related to the collections strategy
- Contribute to process improvements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing a university degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Previous knowledge/experience in collections
- Strong oral and written communication and negotiation skills
- Time management skills
- Affirmative position for a person with a disability
