Key responsibilities & impact- Lead associate-facing operating strategy, consistency, and execution across Walmart Connect
- Oversee business-unit-wide operating programs across workforce management, associate experience, location strategy, and operating cadence
- Translate business priorities into scalable programs that improve execution, associate experience, and organizational growth
- Partner with senior Walmart Connect and enterprise leaders to align priorities and drive outcomes
- Lead operating cadence through Walmart Connect’s Ops Leads program
- Oversee workforce management and AOP headcount delivery through planning tools, reporting, governance, and operations
- Set strategy for associate experience programs, including recognition, culture, career development, mentorship, and leadership engagement
- Lead location strategy supporting business needs, associate experience, talent access, and organizational effectiveness
- Establish performance governance through reporting and accountability for program adoption, operational consistency, and associate experience
- Drive continuous improvement across the business

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field and 5 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 7 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area
- 3 years’ supervisory experience
- Experience operating in a complex, matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and evolving business needs
- Mindset for continuous improvement and building operational rigor
- Demonstrated success partnering with senior leaders to translate strategy into operating plans, governance, and measurable execution
- Ability to lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing team responsible for workforce management, business management, Associate Engagement Survey initiatives, and location strategy
- Preferred: Working on cross-functional teams or projects
- Preferred: Master’s in Business Administration
- Preferred: Project Management Professional certification
