About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute and monitor the management of company onboarding processes in corporate systems
- Ensure data integrity among clients (HR departments), insurance carriers, and Alper through registration reconciliations and audits
- Process internal and external client requests using Alper’s tools
- Receive process requests on a daily basis
- Validate supporting documentation and information before processing
- Generate reports for policy renewals and process updates after receiving feedback from internal clients
- Monitor and correct record inconsistencies
- Enter supplementary and detailed information in the appropriate system fields
- Conduct registration checks according to each company’s schedule and in response to ad hoc requests
- Ensure that registration and maintenance activities comply with the general terms and conditions and the rules of insurance carriers/providers
- Support the creation and updating of departmental procedure manuals
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Google Sheets
- Attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
- Logical reasoning and analytical mindset
- Experience with the EB and Quiver Pro systems is a plus
