Key responsibilities & impact- Identify and validate high-quality leads fitting the Admin ICP using CRM research, discovery outreach via calls, email, and WhatsApp, and marketing engagement data
- Generate qualified Admin leads through high-volume, country-tailored outreach
- Respond to organic leads within set timeframes
- Track pipeline gaps in the CRM and unblock stalled deals with stakeholders
- Prioritize leads, maintain clear CRM notes, and conduct follow-ups to ensure smooth handoffs
- Partner with Marketing and GTM to strengthen organic inbound channels
- Help design targeted outbound campaigns
- Drive increased pipeline, Admin onboarding, and revenue
- Use CRM tools and analytics to track progress, identify gaps, and ensure stakeholder alignment
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–2 years of hands-on experience with CRM systems (Zoho preferred)
- Intermediate English proficiency
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with prospects and guide them through the full sales cycle
- Proven experience collaborating with distributed, cross-functional teams
- Solid understanding of sales processes and key performance metrics
- B2B campaign design and outreach implementation
- SQL usage for querying of the information
- Chatbot management
- Experience in another B2B2C company driving the onboarding process
