About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the hiring and onboarding processes for new employees by assisting with tracking, documentation, systems, and preparation of the onboarding journey
- Support employee changes and movements by assisting with the completion of required documents, tracking, and necessary referrals
- Provide assistance and support to employees with questions related to HR processes and systems, such as HR Link and Learning Link
- Support the updating of employee records and information in internal systems and tools
- Support processes related to medical certificates and absenteeism tracking
- Support administrative activities related to purchase orders, invoices, and payments for the HR department
- Contribute to internal communications initiatives, including People News, birthday announcements, and other initiatives
- Support recognition and engagement programs
- Assist with the organization and updating of employee documents and personnel files
- Support the preparation and updating of HR trackers, checklists, and procedures
- Participate in HR team initiatives and projects, developing a broad, generalist view of Human Resources
Requirements
What you’ll need- Student pursuing a degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Availability for an internship of up to 24 months
- English proficiency is considered an advantage
- Reside near or in the Barueri or Sorocaba, São Paulo state area
