About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Participate in projects to deploy the Group’s MES solution across Sodiaal’s industrial sites, integrating with existing business systems.
Gather, analyze, and challenge business requirements from production, quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams.
Configure and set up MES applications in line with industrial processes.
Provide Level 2 and Level 3 functional and technical support to users.
Lead application enhancements with systems integrators and software vendors.
Ensure the quality of deliverables, conduct functional testing, and coordinate user acceptance testing phases.
Participate in corrective and evolutionary maintenance to ensure solution availability.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of industrial processes and optimize MES usage.
Support users during deployments and provide the necessary training.
Create and maintain functional and technical documentation.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree (Bac+5) in industrial IT, information systems, industrial engineering, or equivalent.
At least 3 to 8 years of experience in the integration, deployment, or support of MES solutions, ideally Qubes.
Strong understanding of industrial production processes and industrial IT/OT standards.
Knowledge of ERP environments (SAP is a plus), industrial automation, and shop-floor connected systems.
Proficiency in project management methods and application life cycle management.
Development skills are a plus.
Professional proficiency in English required.
Significant functional and technical expertise in MES solutions.
Manufacturing process analysis.
Management of interfaces between MES, ERP, and industrial systems.
Incident management and application support (ITIL).
Testing and user acceptance methodologies.
Functional and technical documentation.
Strong service orientation and customer focus.
