Key responsibilities & impact

Design and deliver training sessions for accounting staff and clients
Create training materials, documentation, written guides, and videos
Support teams in adopting the solution and working independently
Host webinars
Analyze requirements and define client migration projects to Pennylane
Manage data migration and data transfer
Configure the solution at Level 1
Train clients on how to use the tool
Collaborate with the internal implementation team on complex migrations
Ensure deadlines, quality standards, and client satisfaction
Provide advanced functional support after deployment
Diagnose and resolve accounting- and tool-related issues
Monitor adoption, analyze usage, and recommend improvements
Track product developments and submit deployments to the steering committee
Promote best practices and optimize internal processes
Update training materials and ensure the solution is deployed effectively
Identify barriers and resistance and develop support plans
Work collaboratively with managers and partners

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's to Master's degree in accounting, business administration, information systems, or finance
Proven initial experience in an accounting firm or in the implementation of accounting tools/ERP systems
Proficiency in Pennylane
Strong understanding of accounting, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, VAT, and financial close processes
Comfortable working with digital environments and SaaS tools
Strong training and communication skills, service-oriented mindset, and excellent interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, organized, and analytical
Team-oriented, with a strong interest in digital transformation
Willingness to travel for business to Group offices in southwestern France
