Key responsibilities & impact

Design and deliver training sessions for accounting staff and clients
Create training materials, documentation, written guides, and videos
Host webinars
Support teams in adopting the solution and becoming self-sufficient
Analyze requirements and define the scope of client migration projects to Pennylane
Manage data transfer and migration
Perform Level 1 solution configuration and train clients on how to use the platform
Collaborate with the internal implementation specialist on complex migrations
Ensure deadlines, quality standards, and client satisfaction
Provide advanced functional support after deployment

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s to Master’s degree in accounting, business administration, information systems, or finance
Successful initial experience in an accounting firm or in the implementation of accounting tools/ERP systems
Proficiency in Pennylane
Strong understanding of accounting, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, VAT, and financial closing
Comfortable working with digital environments and SaaS tools
Strong teaching skills, customer-service orientation, and excellent interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, organized, and analytical
Team-oriented with a strong interest in digital transformation
Availability for business travel to the Group’s offices in southwestern France
