About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the subject-matter expert for the Pennylane solution
Support accounting teams and clients in deploying and optimizing Pennylane
Design and deliver internal training for accounting staff
Create training materials and documentation
Support teams as they learn to use the solution independently
Design and deliver client training
Create written and video guides and host webinars
Analyze requirements and scope client migration projects to Pennylane
Manage data recovery and migration
Configure the solution at Level 1 and train clients in its use
Collaborate with the internal integrator on complex migrations
Ensure deadlines, quality standards, and client satisfaction are met
Provide advanced functional support after deployment
Diagnose and resolve accounting and software-related issues

Track product updates and submit deployments to the steering committee

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's to Master's degree in accounting, business administration, information systems, or finance
Proven initial experience in an accounting firm or in deploying accounting tools/ERP systems
Proficiency in Pennylane
Strong understanding of accounting, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, VAT, and period-end closing
Comfortable working with digital environments and SaaS tools
Strong teaching skills, service-oriented mindset, and excellent interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, organized, and analytical
Team player with a strong interest in digital transformation
Willingness to travel for work to Group offices in southwestern France
