Key responsibilities & impact

Design and deliver Pennylane training sessions for accounting staff and clients
Create training materials, documentation, written guides, and videos
Support teams in becoming proficient and self-sufficient
Host webinars
Assess needs and scope client migration projects to Pennylane
Manage data transfer and migration
Configure the solution at Level 1
Collaborate with the internal implementation team on complex migrations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s to Master’s degree in accounting, business administration, information systems, or finance
Initial successful experience in an accounting firm or in the implementation of accounting tools/ERP systems
Proficiency in Pennylane
Strong understanding of accounting, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, VAT, and closing procedures
Comfortable working with digital environments and SaaS tools
Strong teaching skills, a service-oriented mindset, and excellent interpersonal skills
Self-directed, organized, and analytical
Team-oriented with a strong interest in digital transformation
Willingness to travel for work to Group offices in southwestern France
