About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and deliver Pennylane training sessions for accounting staff and clients
Create training materials, documentation, written guides, and videos
Support teams in adopting the solution and becoming self-sufficient
Host webinars
Analyze requirements and scope client migration projects to Pennylane
Manage data transfer and migration
Configure the solution at Level 1
Collaborate with the internal implementation team on complex migrations
Ensure deadlines, quality standards, and customer satisfaction are met
Provide advanced functional support after deployment
Diagnose and resolve accounting and software-related issues

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s to Master’s degree in accounting, business administration, information systems, or finance
Initial successful experience in an accounting firm or in deploying accounting software/ERP solutions
Proficiency in Pennylane
Strong understanding of accounting, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, VAT, and financial close processes
Comfortable working with digital environments and SaaS tools
Strong teaching skills, customer-service orientation, and excellent interpersonal skills
Independent, well-organized, and analytical
Team-oriented, with a strong interest in digital transformation
Willingness to travel for business to Group offices in the South-West region of France
