Key responsibilities & impact

Design and deliver Pennylane training for accounting staff and clients
Create training materials, documentation, written guides, and videos
Host webinars
Support teams in adopting the solution and becoming self-sufficient
Analyze requirements and scope client migration projects to Pennylane
Manage data migration and transfer
Configure the solution at Level 1 and train clients in its use
Collaborate with the internal implementation team on complex migrations
Ensure deadlines, quality, and client satisfaction
Provide advanced functional support after deployment
Diagnose and resolve accounting and tool-related issues
Monitor adoption, analyze usage, and propose improvements
Track product developments and submit upcoming deployments to the steering committee
Promote best practices and optimize internal processes
Update training materials and ensure the successful deployment of the solution
Identify obstacles and resistance, and develop support plans

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s to Master’s degree in accounting, business administration, information systems, or finance
Proven initial experience in an accounting firm or in the deployment of accounting tools/ERP systems
Proficiency in Pennylane
Strong understanding of accounting, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, VAT, and financial close processes
Comfortable working with digital environments and SaaS tools
Strong teaching skills, customer-service orientation, and excellent interpersonal skills
Independent, organized, and analytical
Team-oriented with a strong interest in digital transformation
Business travel to the Group’s offices in southwestern France
