Key responsibilities & impact

Contribute to strategic and creative thinking (benchmarking, strategic and creative development), coordinate expertise, and help write recommendations for pitches and proactive proposals targeting prospective clients
Support the team in improving and updating cross-functional tools and working methods (market monitoring, CRM, agency presentations, client references, etc.)
Help identify new growth opportunities for the agency (market monitoring, identifying new prospects and new service offerings)
Conduct daily market monitoring and produce a weekly newsletter
Prepare prospect analysis documents, including in-depth analysis of the brand, market, competition, consumer trends, and more
Participate in the key stages of a pitch: preparing client meetings, co-writing the creative brief with strategic planning, monitoring creative development, and preparing presentation materials
Coordinate the agency teams involved in pitches, including creative, strategic planning, social, digital, CRM, and other teams
Support the preparation of recurring New Business materials (agency presentation, credentials and application documents, agency credentials and references, etc.)

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently a student in the final year of a business school, communications school, or similar program
