About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and deliver Pennylane training for accounting staff and clients
Create training materials, documentation, written guides, and videos
Support teams in adopting the solution and becoming autonomous in its use
Host webinars
Analyze requirements and scope client migration projects to Pennylane
Manage data migration and transfer
Configure the solution at Level 1 and train clients in its use
Collaborate with the internal implementation team on complex migrations
Ensure deadlines, quality standards, and client satisfaction
Provide advanced functional support after deployment
Diagnose and resolve accounting and tool-related issues
Monitor adoption, analyze usage, and recommend improvements
Track product developments and submit future deployments to the steering committee
Promote best practices and optimize internal processes
Update materials and ensure the successful deployment of the solution
Identify obstacles and resistance, and develop support plans
Work from one of the Toulouse, Mérignac, or Bayonne offices, in collaboration with managers and partners

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s to Master’s degree in accounting, management, information systems, or finance
Successful initial experience in an accounting firm or in the deployment of accounting tools/ERP systems
Proficiency in Pennylane
Strong understanding of accounting, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, VAT, and month/year-end closing
Comfortable working with digital environments and SaaS tools
Strong teaching skills, service-oriented mindset, and excellent interpersonal skills
Autonomy, strong organizational skills, and an analytical mindset
Team spirit and a strong interest in digital transformation
Willingness to travel for business to the Group’s offices in southwestern France
Ability to work in French
