About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and deliver Pennylane training for accounting staff and clients
Create training materials, documentation, written guides, and videos
Host webinars
Analyze requirements and scope client migration projects to Pennylane
Manage data migration and transfer
Configure the solution at Level 1 and train clients on how to use it
Collaborate with the internal implementation team on complex migrations
Ensure deadlines, quality standards, and client satisfaction
Provide advanced functional support after deployment
Diagnose and resolve accounting and software-related issues
Track adoption, analyze usage, and recommend improvements
Monitor product updates and submit deployments to the steering committee
Promote best practices and optimize internal processes
Identify obstacles and resistance and develop support and change-management plans
Work with managers and partners in a collaborative environment

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s to Master’s degree in accounting, business administration, information systems, or finance
Initial successful experience in an accounting firm or in the implementation of accounting software/ERP systems
Proficiency in Pennylane
Strong understanding of accounting, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, VAT, and month-end/year-end closing
Comfortable working with digital environments and SaaS tools
Strong training and communication skills, service-oriented mindset, and excellent interpersonal skills
Autonomy, organization, and analytical thinking
Team spirit and a strong interest in digital transformation
Business travel to Group offices in southwestern France may be required
