About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and deliver Pennylane training for accounting staff and clients
Create training materials, documentation, written guides and videos
Support teams in adopting the solution and becoming self-sufficient
Host webinars
Analyze requirements and scope client migration projects to Pennylane
Manage data preparation and migration
Configure the solution at Level 1 and train clients on how to use it
Collaborate with the internal integration team on complex migrations
Ensure deadlines, quality standards and client satisfaction are met
Provide advanced functional support after deployment
Diagnose and resolve accounting and tool-related issues
Monitor adoption, analyze usage and recommend improvements
Track product developments and submit deployments to the steering committee
Promote best practices and optimize internal processes
Identify barriers and resistance to change and develop support plans
Work with managers and partners in a collaborative environment

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s to Master’s degree in accounting, business administration, information systems or finance
Successful initial experience in an accounting firm or in the deployment of accounting tools/ERP systems
Proficiency in Pennylane
Strong understanding of accounting, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, VAT and financial close processes
Comfortable working with digital environments and SaaS tools
Strong teaching skills, service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills
Independent, organized and analytical
Team player with a strong interest in digital transformation
Willingness to travel for business to Group offices in southwestern France
