About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support a portfolio of key clients in developing and implementing their decarbonization strategies
Work with group-level management, environmental leads, and operational teams
Embed building LCA calculations into clients’ business processes on a lasting basis
Build and maintain clients’ business unit (BU) maps
Establish the operational account plan and deployment plan with the Head of Clients
Prepare consolidated reporting on platform usage, BU coverage, and projects entered for group steering committees
Support and train client companies in integrating environmental calculations into their business processes through the Nooco platform
Guide clients in modeling their projects to help decarbonize them
Manage client relationships, satisfaction, and engagement renewals
Drive adoption of the Nooco platform and identify additional support needs
Contribute to account retention and growth with the Sales teams
Liaise with the Product team regarding strategic developments raised by clients
Propose new features and participate in the rollout of new versions
Comply with internal information security policies, report security incidents, and follow operational procedures

Requirements

What you’ll need

Engineering degree or equivalent Master’s-level qualification (Bac+5) with experience in the construction sector
Trilingual in French, English, and German (essential)
Initial experience with a general contractor, engineering consultancy, or construction project management firm is an advantage
Broad understanding of the construction industry value chain
Technical knowledge of construction terminology
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to support clients with their change management strategies
Interest in the dynamics of large organizations
Passion for and commitment to environmental issues
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Initiative and pragmatism in problem-solving
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Commercial awareness and ability to identify expansion opportunities
