Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver professional services for CDW customers globally on major ServiceNow platforms
- Oversee technical solutions across multiple projects to ensure a cohesive approach
- Collaborate with CDW consulting groups to bridge sales and delivery
- Standardize technical approaches for client solutions
- Assist management with technical growth plans for engineers and architects

- Train and mentor engineers and architects
- Provide ServiceNow engineering services, coordinate engagement strategies, and qualify technical resource augmentations
- Oversee team projects, ensure delivery excellence, and act as an escalation point
- Analyze complex systems, workflows, and dependencies to design effective automation solutions
- Perform billable consulting work for CDW clients
- Support presales architects on large deals by validating consulting estimates and providing ServiceNow expertise

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree and 7+ years of ServiceNow experience, including at least 3 years in large enterprise consulting; or 10+ years of ServiceNow experience, including at least 3 years in large enterprise consulting
- Leadership and expert advice on technical matters and architecture design
- Subject matter expertise and awareness of current technology trends
- Ability to develop IT services offerings
- Experience maintaining client relationships as a trusted advisor and mentoring engineers for project design and coordination
- Excellent communication skills and experience making technology recommendations
- History of building constructive relationships at all organizational levels
- Ability to research complex technology solutions and present them to clients
- Ability to work effectively amid change, ambiguity, and risk
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel to other CDW locations or client sites
- Valid U.S. driver's license required
- Demonstrated knowledge of ServiceNow and multi-platform solutions and capabilities
- Proficiency in automation tools including Ansible, Puppet, Chef, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Terraform, CloudFormation, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Deep understanding of AI and machine learning algorithms, including supervised learning, unsupervised learning, reinforcement learning, deep learning, and NLP
- Knowledge of continuous integration, continuous delivery, infrastructure as code, and automated testing
- Experience implementing ServiceNow workflows and pipelines
