Key responsibilities & impact- Provide technical architecture, design, and ongoing improvement of the ServiceNow platform
- Support ITS and university operational needs
- Provide technical leadership for platform design, integrations, workflow standards, automation solutions, AI-enabled functionality, data governance, and complex problem resolution
- Collaborate with analysts, developers, campus stakeholders, infrastructure teams, security, and ITS leadership
- Guide project work and review technical solutions
- Support platform decisions affecting multiple teams or services
- Help define technical direction and ensure alignment with operational needs, supportability, and university standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related experience
- Previous ServiceNow experience
- Experience mentoring developers
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in one or more modules, or Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification preferred
- Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification preferred
- Must reside in the state of Iowa on or before the start of employment
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis without sponsorship
- Immigration sponsorship is not available
- Resume/Curriculum Vitae required
