About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist students, companies, and educational institutions with registration and the promotion of opportunities.
- Update customer records.
- Enter internship program data and keep the database up to date.
- Direct users to the appropriate Portal pages based on the services requested.
- Answer customer questions about products and services.
- Assist with customer service and the registration of new customers.
- Assist with updating the customer database.
- Promote products from a technical perspective.
- Provide customer support via email, telephone, and WhatsApp, supplying information about processes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, a Marketing technology program, Human Resources Management, Advertising and Public Relations, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or G Suite, along with ease in working with computerized systems.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills and a willingness to perform tasks requiring focus are essential.
- Must have at least one year remaining before graduation to be eligible for the internship.
- Must reside in the Federal District (DF).
