About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Attend pre-set appointments with new and repeat clients
- Begin the sales route with appointments; leads and marketing materials are provided
- Build rapport with customers to understand their organizational needs
- Walk through customers' homes to assess opportunities
- Educate customers on products and services
- Provide closet design recommendations
- Complete sales with residential customers
- Follow sales training and use communication skills to address home organizational needs
- Work with the Sales Manager under an open-door policy
Requirements
What you’ll need- No degree, certification, or sales experience is needed
- Coachable candidate
- Growth mindset with willingness to complete 13-week paid sales training
- Reliable access to a motor vehicle
- Valid driver's license
- Auto insurance
- Ability to attend training class in Shirley, Massachusetts
- Willingness to enter residential homes, provide closet design recommendations, and complete sales
- Background check and drug screening required
- Ability to listen to customers' specific needs
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Ability to learn services, products, and packages available to sell
