Key responsibilities & impact

Design and deliver Pennylane training sessions for accounting staff and clients
Create educational materials, documentation, written guides, and videos
Host webinars
Analyze requirements and scope clients’ migration projects to Pennylane
Manage data recovery and migration
Perform Level 1 solution configuration and train clients on how to use the platform
Collaborate with the internal implementation team on complex migrations
Ensure deadlines, quality standards, and client satisfaction
Provide advanced functional support after deployment
Diagnose and resolve accounting and software-related issues
Monitor adoption, analyze usage, and recommend improvements
Track product updates and submit upcoming deployments to the steering committee

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s to Master’s degree (3–5 years of higher education) in accounting, management, information systems, or finance
Successful initial experience in an accounting firm or in deploying accounting software/ERP solutions
Proficiency in Pennylane
Strong understanding of accounting, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, VAT, and closing procedures
Comfortable working with digital environments and SaaS tools
Strong teaching skills, service-oriented mindset, and excellent interpersonal skills
Self-directed, organized, and analytical
Team-oriented with a strong interest in digital transformation
Willingness to travel for business to the Group’s offices in southwestern France
