Assist in determining donor suitability
Establish rapport with donors to ensure customer happiness while maintaining donor confidentiality

Requirements

Superior customer service standards
Ability to work a flexible schedule

Obtain required state licensures or certifications where applicable
Ability to comprehend and follow oral and written instructions
Ability to listen to and understand spoken information and ideas
Ability to relate sensitive information to diverse groups
Ability to stand for 6 to 8 hours per day
Ability to perform frequent hand and finger movements and precise coordinated movements
Ability to lift 15 lbs., with a maximum lift of 50 lbs.
Hearing acuity essential
Correctable near and far vision requirements, including vision to 20/30 in one eye and 20/100 in the other eye
Ability to work in a plasma center with exposure to biological fluids, infectious organisms, electrical equipment and extreme cold below 32°F
