About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with Product Management on sales enablement tools, selling messages, workflow explainers, objection handling, competitive tools, and portfolio-level sales playbooks
- Focus on Neurology, Autoimmune, Endocrinology, Gastroenterology, and Rheumatology
- Partner with Sales leadership to identify needs, build training and tools, and support clinically credible customer conversations
- Guide delivery of market and competitive intelligence for Sales
- Support priority accounts, field blitzes, training initiatives, and pipeline acceleration
- Assess scientific trends, customer insights, competitive activity, and workflow dynamics to refine portfolio strategy and investment decisions
- Establish portfolio-level KPIs and dashboards and translate insights into strategic recommendations
- Create feedback loops with Product Management, Customer Marketing, Sales, Field Activation, Science, and Medical
- Contribute to portfolio and annual strategic planning
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Portfolio Marketers
- Build capabilities in positioning, messaging, scientific narrative development, portfolio analysis, and sales enablement
- Use AI to accelerate workflow, analyze evidence and trends, enhance cross-department collaboration, and standardize artifacts and agents
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree
- 5 or more years’ experience in product management or portfolio marketing strategy
- 3 or more years’ experience in diagnostics or healthcare sectors preferred
- Experience applying AI to accelerate portfolio marketing workflows, including positioning and narrative drafting, scientific and competitive monitoring, KOL and SME input synthesis, dashboard commentary, and sales enablement preparation
- Clear judgment about where AI adds value and where human expertise must lead
- Comfort configuring, prompting, and maintaining purpose-built AI agents or assistants for recurring portfolio marketing workflows
- Ability to set guardrails, review outputs, and maintain human accountability for every recommendation
