Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business, or a related field
  • Two (2) years of experience in Human Resources
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Preferred: Four (4) years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations, performance management, and talent development
  • Preferred: Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR)
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
  • Knowledge of HR software and tools (e.g., Workday, Microsoft Teams)
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
  • High degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
