About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the primary liaison between customers, technicians, and local market teams
- Schedule, route, and track work orders
- Support all district retail locations
- Promote a positive work environment supporting District/Store Partners
- Collaborate with Store Manager, Assistant Manager, and District Manager to deliver business goals
- Build and plan routes matching Technician and Repair Specialist skill levels with appropriate job quantity and difficulty
- Execute efficient route planning to maximize technician productivity
- Execute same-day routing, including handling call-offs, cancellations, SLAs, add-ons, parts issues, and ETA calls
- Manage weather impacts by confirming coverage, moving in-shop, and rescheduling orders
- Track mobile Technician and Repair Specialist job status using MDM and TechPulse
- Provide accurate directions based on district geography
- Ensure routing manifests and work orders contain proper information before departure
- Collaborate with Workforce & Capacity Managers and Capacity Leads to provide district/store capacity recommendations and insights
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Comply with all policies and standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School GED or equivalent Required
- 1-3 years customer service and Dispatch experience Preferred
- Regular and reliable attendance
- Ability to work at a physical retail location within the region
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance, adhering to company dress code policies
