Key responsibilities & impact- Support execution, development, and continuous improvement of the change control process for the RAQA Division
- Ensure compliance of the change control process with standards and regulations
- Act as backup for audit support
- Provide input into or guide development of user training programs
- Collaborate with SGS Change Management in process execution
- Assist internal users by prioritizing and completing PLM Help Incidents and Tasks in the ServiceNow queue
- Support Senior Change Management Engineers
- Liaise with functional groups and facilitate and mentor teams through the change control process
- Support change owners and initiators
- Serve as PLM system super user
- Identify continuous improvement and collaboration opportunities
- Promote development and implementation of quality data and reports
- Partner, lead, and attend discussions on global processes and corporate forums
- Deliver training and coaching to new change management users
- Monitor emerging issues and identify solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- 2+ years of experience in a legal, technical, or regulated environment
- Prior experience in change management
- Experience with PLM systems (e.g., Windchill) (preferred)
- Familiarity with audit processes and compliance standards (preferred)
- Ability to support compliance with relevant corporate procedures and standards/regulations
- Ability to travel 10%
