Key responsibilities & impact- Lead services solutions for North America and global direct, partner, and OEM programs
- Engage direct, partner, and OEM customers through structured relationship programs
- Develop services solutions and respond to special, high-value opportunity RFPs
- Work with sales and cross-functional teams on projects
- Deliver turnkey enterprise data center hardware and rack integration solutions with service partners
- Prepare and deliver training on global services solutions and onsite installations
- Review and provide data center and integrated services solutions for customer RFPs
- Build knowledge of customers’ operations and decision-makers
- Identify opportunities and gaps and provide feedback to improve products, services, and rack integration solutions
- Develop services solutions engineering processes, diagnostic tools, and training
- Ensure mission-critical service delivery teams meet customer commitments and SLAs
- Define KPIs, track performance, and provide improvement actions
- Solve complex customer issues and develop troubleshooting practices and processes
- Execute onsite enterprise mission-critical SLA performance and customer satisfaction KPIs
- Provide hands-on engineering expertise across Supermicro data center AI technology
- Travel for customer engagements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Technology with equivalent experiences
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in the IT infrastructure industry, working with partners and sales to meet direct and OEM customer needs
- Hands-on experience with enterprise IT infrastructure platforms and services, including Linux, Windows OS, servers, networks, storage, applications, and data center operations
- Strong interpersonal, project management, collaboration, and communication skills
- Ability to work across multiple organizational levels and with external partners
- Ability to use project management skills to accomplish milestones and execute deliverables
- Strong listening, verbal, and documentation skills
- Customer focus and quality-of-product/services mindset
- Ability to travel for partner and customer engagements
- English is required; other languages are welcome
