Key responsibilities & impact- Own end-to-end diagnosis of performance shifts across TrueAccord's AI- and data science-driven recovery platform
- Monitor leading indicators and diagnose key shifts across clients, portfolios, and channels
- Trace findings into application logic, rules, configurations, and processing flows to identify technical defects or strategy gaps
- Turn root-cause insights into recommendations with expected impacts and success metrics
- Partner with the Strategy Manager to implement recommendations in production
- Perform what-if analyses, scenario modeling, and stress-testing for revenue planning
- Design and evaluate structured experiments, including hypotheses and decision thresholds
- Partner with Client Managers to deliver defensible performance narratives
- Challenge unsupported strategies and participate in high-stakes client discussions
- Translate data findings and system behaviors into recommendations optimizing liquidation, engagement, and client outcomes
- Collaborate with Strategy, Engineering, Product, Client Managers, a Senior Strategy Manager, a Senior Data Scientist, and agentic AI tools
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years in analytics
- Strong focus on funnel/lifecycle diagnosis, cohort/curve analysis, or channel optimization
- Experience in consumer collections, lending, CRM, subscription, or eCommerce is suitable
- Advanced SQL skills and ability to navigate complex schemas such as Snowflake
- Proficiency reading and tracing logic in Python or configuration files
- Practical experience using AI tools daily in analytical workflows
- Proficiency with self-serve BI tools such as Looker or Tableau
- Ability to build defensible what-if models and forecasts
- Working knowledge of statistical significance and experimental design
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience
- Ability to work outside standard business hours when necessary
- Occasional local or international travel may be necessary
- Reliable internet connection and professional work environment
- Ability to protect confidential information while working outside a company office
