Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee proposal activities from team assignment and template creation through delivery
- Lead and guide proposal teams through the proposal development process
- Manage project schedules and proposal review cycles

- Prepare proposal outlines and compliance matrices

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience
- Six or more years of relevant experience, demonstrated through work and/or military experience or specialized training
- Proposal Management work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and data management programs
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
- Experience managing proposals to government and public sector entities
- Ability to translate technical and functional information into compelling feature and benefit statements
- Experience using AI tools and workflow automation
- Proficiency using cloud-based response management platforms
- Proven ability to manage complex opportunities under tight deadlines and motivate diverse response teams
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
