Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collaborate with leadership and business partners to identify analytics objectives and develop research plans
  • Develop and implement data models, algorithms, and prototypes
  • Manage end-to-end project workstreams, including risk mitigation and strategic alignment

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field and 2 years' experience in data analytics or related field OR 4 years' experience in data analytics or related field
  • Proven expertise in advanced analytics, data modeling, and data visualization
  • Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end projects, including risk management and stakeholder collaboration
  • Proficiency in SQL and data management
  • Excellent communication skills to present strategic recommendations and build effective partnerships with business leaders
  • Commitment to ethical standards, integrity, and aligning analytics initiatives with organizational goals
  • Preferred: Certificate in business analytics, data mining, or statistical analysis
  • Preferred: Masters in Business Administration, Information Systems, or Statistics
