About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage Finished Goods production planning, capacity planning, and detailed scheduling for the operations facility
- Lead Finished Goods and Bulk replenishment planning across all European hubs
- Oversee Packaging Material purchasing and replenishment planning for production facilities
- Drive inventory planning and optimisation across the supply network, balancing demand and supply constraints while creating end-to-end inventory visibility
- Ensure product availability and support the product allocation process with the Customer Support team
- Manage seasonal phase-in and phase-out planning activities
- Lead weekly review meetings with internal and external stakeholders, representing the Supply Planning function
- Develop and maintain KPI reporting for capacity planning, days on hand, aged stock, and missed cases
- Define inventory policies for purchased and manufactured items in alignment with financial targets
- Monitor planning performance, analyse root causes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage planning systems and software, including optimisation parameters
- Lead advanced planning tool implementation and supply chain process improvement projects
- Contribute to annual budgeting and scenario planning activities
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–5 years of experience in a Supply Chain Planning environment
- Strong exposure to Supply Planning, Production Planning, Material Planning, Logistics Operations, or Inventory Planning
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven knowledge of planning methodologies and their financial and operational impacts
- Ability to prioritise, manage competing demands, and make effective planning decisions
- Experience with SAP APO or other supply planning software is preferred
- People management skills to lead, develop and influence teams and stakeholders
- Project management experience, including leading process improvement and system implementation initiatives
