Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct objective, rigorous analytics to improve profitability, operational processes, and customer service
- Identify and evaluate revenue growth opportunities, resource optimization, investment mix, competitive market dynamics, customer behavior, and pricing optimization

Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience querying, analyzing, and visualizing large data sets
- Strength in critical thinking, problem solving, and written and verbal communication; comfort articulating complex information and analyses to varied audiences
- Intellectual curiosity and willingness to quickly learn relevant database applications, software, industry terminology, and dynamics
- Demonstrated interest in a data- and analytics-driven business career
- Desire to understand casino and hospitality operations
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while delivering accurate, high-quality work
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field preferred
- Graduate Degree in a relevant or equivalent technical field preferred
- Exposure to statistical analysis or optimization analytics preferred
- Proficiency in SQL, R, VBA, SAS, or Python and/or experience with Google BigQuery preferred
