Key responsibilities & impact- Install, monitor, and customize clients' patient care infrastructure systems after hardware or software purchase
- Collaborate with Sales, Project Management, Network Design, Digital Services, customer IT, and biomed teams
- Assess and remediate existing infrastructure for new solution installations
- Perform installation, validation, and connectivity on assigned equipment
- Lead customer relationships, communications, follow-up, issue resolution, and satisfaction efforts
- Consult with IT and biomed on installation requirements and cybersecurity concerns
- Mentor and coach local field engineers on installed solutions
- Maintain customer service logs, internal service records, technical project plans, technical walkthroughs, and post-warranty customer conversations
- Manage vendor service as needed
- Instruct personnel on equipment operation, diagnostics, effective use, and repair
- Support engineering of new product releases
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's or associate's degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience installing and configuring network equipment
- 1+ year of demonstrated leadership experience
- Demonstrated experience communicating and remediating enterprise networking infrastructure
- Demonstrated experience implementing disaster recovery procedures
- Current knowledge and understanding of security and networking best practices
- Understanding of cybersecurity vulnerabilities
- Ability to travel minimum 90%
- CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or CCWA certification desired
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
