About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead high-stakes mega-projects or a diverse portfolio of complex initiatives
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key customers
- Own the project lifecycle from contract inception through final closure
- Align complex delivery models with long-term business objectives
- Manage interconnected project health, resources, risks, and performance targets across the portfolio

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
- 10+ years of experience leading mega-projects or complex portfolios within the Energy or large-scale infrastructure sectors
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex business challenges into clear, actionable, and sustainable project strategies
- Proven experience in developing talent, coaching project teams, and building a high-performance culture within a matrixed organization
- Proven record of identifying systemic issues and implementing solutions across interdependent workstreams
- Advanced ability to represent the organization at the C-Suite level, facilitate high-stakes negotiations, and manage sensitive customer communications
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
