Key responsibilities & impact- Join an early high-growth team solving technical and customer problems
- Partner with Sales to articulate Grafana's value proposition, vision, and strategy
- Own technical customer engagements and help close high-velocity opportunities
- Deliver product and technical presentations to prospective and existing customers
- Communicate with customers and internal teams to provide product and competitive-landscape feedback
- Drive product conversations based on customer needs and problems
- Enhance documentation and create blog posts, videos, knowledge-base articles, and enablement materials
- Serve as a customer-facing product expert and communication route to Product Management and Engineering
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ideally located in Atlanta, Orlando, Miami, and/or Tampa
- 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience, ideally with Open Source technologies or in the Metrics/Monitoring space
- Strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership
- Ability to work and collaborate with an international team in a remote-first environment
- First-class written and oral communication skills
- Ability to articulate Grafana's value proposition and technical product advantages
- Ability to solve technical challenges and develop creative customer solutions
- Technical mindset and desire to grow technically
- Technical pre-sales, post-sales, engineering, or coding bootcamp experience is relevant
- Self-motivated, proactive, and creative
