About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide exceptional customer service and create memorable, meaningful customer interactions
- Inspire and educate customers on the best care and products for their pets
- Complete sales transactions and aim to reach set store sales goals
- Maintain a consistently high standard of store presentation
- Promptly and accurately display new stock and replenish stock
- Keep knowledge up to date on pet care, products, and services

Requirements
What you’ll need- A passion for animals and providing the best customer service
- Experience in a similar retail environment
- Demonstrated drive to achieve and exceed sales target
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and the team
- Physically fit, with ability to lift products up to 20kgs
- Flexibility and ability to work weekends and public holidays
- Strong safety mindset
