About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Engage proactively with customers to understand needs and maximize value from solutions
- Onboard customers promptly and conduct remote and in-person training sessions
- Personalize training based on customer needs and workflows
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders to drive adoption and satisfaction

Requirements
What you’ll need- Fluency in English required, with effective verbal and written communication
- Fluency in German required, with effective verbal and written communication
- Fluency in other European languages is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline is preferred
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role
- Proficiency in Gainsight, Salesforce, or similar is an advantage
- Industry knowledge in energy, commodities, or finance is an advantage
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
- Ability to travel to meet clients
