About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own complex, multi-month deployments end to end across several health systems
- Manage timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risks to ensure on-time go-lives
- Advise C-suite executives, nursing leaders, and operational stakeholders on labor planning, staffing, and management
- Align stakeholders across nursing, operations, IT, finance, HR, PMO, labor relations, and legal
- Design and refine deployment playbooks for academic medical centers and multi-union health systems
- Develop launch processes for new system integrations, including greenfield HRIS and payroll builds
- Partner with GTM and Customer Success on client-success processes, tools, and workflows
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering on new product lines and expansion-driven ARR growth
- Diagnose operational bottlenecks, drive organizational change, and architect healthcare deployments
Requirements
What you’ll need- Clear communication across audiences from frontline clinicians to C-suite executives
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional deployments from planning through go-live
- Ability to anticipate risks, prioritize well, and structure ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- Credibility with nurses, physicians, and hospital staff as a consultant
- Change management experience, including building buy-in and supporting adoption
- Strong sense of ownership and initiative
- Ability to work remotely within the US or be based at the San Francisco headquarters
- Ability to travel approximately 40% to customer sites throughout the year
- US work authorization
- Visa sponsorship requirements must be disclosed
