Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years experience recruiting for technical roles and closing top tier engineering talent
- Startup/software experience preferred
- Agency recruiting combined with internal experience is a major plus
- Ability to handle high levels of ownership
- Ability to move fast while sourcing, tracking, and maintaining a high volume of candidates
- Ability to build trust and partnerships with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
- Ability to understand product positioning, market fit, technical roadmap, and team culture
- Ability to pitch teams and opportunities and close exceptional technical talent
- Ability to track and analyze pipeline and performance data
- Resilient and creative; able to troubleshoot and create solutions on the fly
